Situated 5 minutes' drive from Southampton Water coastline, Devonia offers free high-speed Wi-Fi and free on-site parking. Southampton town centre is only a 15-minute drive away. A flat-screen TV, double glazing and oak furniture is featured in each Devonia room, as well as tea/coffee making facilities. Use of communal bathrooms is provided, with no more than 2 rooms sharing each one. A laundry service and a pick-up/drop-off service is available, as well as an outside smoking area. Southampton city centre offers a variety of shops, restaurants and bars, and day trips to the Isle of Wight can be taken from the town's ferry terminal. Royal Victoria Country Park is a 5-minute drive from the B&B, and features a small beach and 200 acres of mature woodland.
