Luau At Sandestin Golf And Beach Resort

Located across the street and just a short stroll from Sandestin's world-renowned beaches, Luau combines elegance and simplicity with its Asian-inspired feel. Opened in 2006, Luau is the newest of Sandestin's luxury rental properties and offers beachside condos with amazing views. Guest rooms are fully furnished with a kitchenette (studios) or full kitchen with marble countertops, dining, and living areas. Wi-Fi (surcharge) is available. Amenities include sunset observation desk on the roof, fitness center, 4,000 sq ft saltwater filtrated swimming pool with swim-behind waterfall, hot tub, children's pool, tiki bar (seasonal), and community washer/dryer facilities. IMPORTANT: A Resort fee per night will be collected at time of check-in. This Resort Fee Includes: Two four-hour bicycle rentals per day, one hour of, kayak, and boogie board use per day, one hour of tennis court time daily (after 11am), complimentary use of the fitness center (adults 18 and over), and complimentary use of the resort trolley service (seasonal). Check-In Instructions: All check-ins should go to the new Sandestin Welcome Center, located on the northeast corner of Highway 98 and Sandestin Blvd at the main north gate entrance of the resort. The three-story Sandestin Welcome Center was designed by Piazza Design Architects of Santa Rosa Beach, Fla. and features a spacious, two-story lobby area with majestic views of the Choctawhatchee Bay and a signature water fountain feature which displays flames at night.
