Seehotel Baren

With a view of Lake Brienz and the Bernese Alps, the Seehotel Bären is located directly on the lakeshore in the picturesque village of Brienz. It has free Wi-Fi and in high season the restaurant with lake view and a beautiful terrace is open from Friday to Sunday from 12 p. m. The rooms at the Seehotel are individually decorated in light Mediterranean colors and feature antique furniture. To ensure a quiet atmosphere, there are no televisions in the rooms. Each room has a CD player and a large selection of CDs and books are available to borrow. The Seehotel is known for its unique collection of paintings, posters and other works of art. A jazz festival takes place in July and August and guests can enjoy free concerts in the restaurant.
